DiPrete Engineering is honored to announce it is a winner of the 2017 Best Places to Work award!  DiPrete was judged statewide by Providence Business News and Best Companies Group based on confidential surveys of employees and management reports.

This two-part evaluation included a thorough assessment of each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, as well as an employee survey that measured workplace experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

“We are very proud and humbled to be recognized as one of Rhode Island’s ‘Best Places to Work’,” said Dennis DiPrete, Principal of DiPrete Engineering.  “Over the years, we have strived to create an environment where employees know they are valued and viewed as key members of our company.

“Our team is continuously working to build one another up for success.  We are always looking for ways to improve while still maintaining a good work/life balance.  We’re not just a company, we’re a family.”

Based on the results the employee survey comments, the DiPrete team mimics these sentiments.  An anonymous response stated:

“DiPrete Engineering is family. I have spent more than half of my career working here and can’t imagine working anywhere else. I truly enjoy working with my peers every day on projects, solving engineering problems, and providing our clients with great service.  People that work at DiPrete don’t only grow professionally, but also personally over the course of their tenure. This company truly cares about you.”

To celebrate the win, a party for the employees was held at Mulligan’s Island with a shot-gun mini golf tournament.
