Seasons Corner Market teamed up with J.B. Lanagan & Company, Byron Devcomm, Inc., DiPrete Engineering, Adler Pollock & Sheehan P.C., McMahon Associates, Ayoub Engineering, and Creative Environment Corp. to design and construct a new Seasons Corner Market next door to Laura’s Bar and Grill at 945 Douglas Pike in Smithfield. Seasons Corner Market is a New England-based gas station and convenience store with 40+ stores throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.
The project is the first to feature Seasons’ new coffee shop brand, coined Corner Market Café. In addition to the 24-hour convenience store, the facility offers 12 vehicle fueling positions and a drive-thru for quick Café’ access.
DiPrete Engineering provided land surveying, site engineering including stormwater management design, regulatory permitting, construction documentation and oversight.
