Highfields Golf & Country Club
Highfields includes 155 house lots and a 220-acre, 18-hole golf course. Andrews Survey & Engineering, which joined DiPrete Engineering in 2021, played a pivotal role from the project’s inception. The firm began work in 1992, and the subdivision was approved in 2001. In addition to subdivision design, the firm secured the necessary permits from the Planning Board, Zoning Board, and Conservation Commission. New England Tech (NEIT)
DiPrete Engineering is part of a design team working to create a new ‘green campus’ for the technical college. The proposal for the new campus included utilizing a 265,000 sf building, formerly built as a headquarters for Brooks Pharmacy. The location is now the main campus for academic activities and administration. DiPrete Engineering is also working with NEIT on other additions to the new campus. Citizens Corporate Campus
DiPrete Engineering led the site/civil project team for the new Citizens Bank Corporate Campus located in Johnston, RI. The team included Pare Corporation (offsite utilities and geotechnical) and Beta Group (traffic and highway) in collaboration with Elkus Manfredi Architects, CRJA-IBI Group, supported by GZA GeoEnvironmental, BR + A, and McNamara Salvia. Cushman and Wakefield represented Citizens as the owner’s project manager, Premier Development was responsible for site work, Dimeo Construction Company completed the building, and DiGregorio Corporation handled the site…
