AR Building Company, Inc., a professional property management services firm, has constructed Norton Links, a 100-unit 40B apartment project on Mansfield Avenue in Norton, MA. Chapter 40B is a state statute and incentive program in Massachusetts which enables the local Zoning Boards of Appeals to approve affordable housing developments under flexible rules if at least 20-25% of the units have long-term affordability restrictions. Dowling Village
Located at the intersection of Eddie Dowling Highway and Old Louisquisset Pike, DiPrete Engineering partnered with Bucci Development to design, permit, and construct a mixed -use development with approximately 600,000 square feet of retail space, 75,000 square feet of office space, several restaurants, 76 condominium units, and over 2,400 parking spaces. New England Tech (NEIT)
DiPrete Engineering is part of a design team working to create a new ‘green campus’ for the technical college. The proposal for the new campus included utilizing a 265,000 sf building, formerly built as a headquarters for Brooks Pharmacy. Faith Community Church Solar Canopy
DiPrete Engineering partnered with Plankton Energy on a 713-kW solar canopy project at Faith Community Church in Hopkinton, MA. The development includes six solar canopies covering 160 parking spaces, featuring 1,470 panels in total. The project, which also incorporated building-mounted solar installations, received positive feedback and approvals from the Hopkinton Planning Board and Conservation Commission. DiPrete provided due diligence, regulatory permitting, and site engineering.
