Located at the intersection of Eddie Dowling Highway and Old Louisquisset Pike, DiPrete Engineering partnered with Bucci Development to design, permit, and construct a mixed -use development with approximately 600,000 square feet of retail space, 75,000 square feet of office space, several restaurants, 76 condominium units, and over 2,400 parking spaces. DiPrete Engineering is part of a design team working to create a new ‘green campus’ for the technical college. The proposal for the new campus included utilizing a 265,000 sf building, formerly built as a headquarters for Brooks Pharmacy.
