Innovative Underground Stormwater System Coming to North Providence

A hole measuring more than 200-feet long, 75-feet wide, and 16-feet deep across from North Providence High School on Mineral Spring Avenue at the North Providence’s new Public Safety facility, will soon contain a million-gallon underground stormwater basin to catch stormwater runoff on the site. East Providence to Receive New O’Reilly Auto Parts

Rendering by Studio 401 Architecture Plans for an O’Reilly Auto Parts in East Providence have received approval from the East Providence Zoning Board and the developer to begin construction this month. Owners of the property, Schiavo Enterprises, a commercial real estate development company in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, have teamed up with DiPrete Engineering, New England Construction, Studio 401 Architecture and Narragansett Improvement Co. to build the facility. Wendy’s Now Open

DiPrete Engineering has successfully completed design and construction on its 4th Wendy’s project.  The ground-up project is located in the North Kingstown Crossing Plaza, at the former Fiddlesticks Miniature Golf Course.
