Albion Court is a 50-apartment assisted-living community located off of Route 116 in Lincoln. It is the area’s premier residence for people who suffer from Alzheimer’s, dementia, or similar memory impairments and illnesses. The original developer of the property teamed with DiPrete Engineering to lead the surveying, planning, site/civil engineering, land-use approvals, and construction administration for the project. The project was recently purchased by LCB Senior Living and is now known as The Lighthouse at Lincoln. DiPrete Engineering completed the ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey on behalf of LCB Senior Living.
