Coastway Community Bank is a full-service banking institution that runs several branch locations throughout Rhode Island. DiPrete Engineering was engaged by Michael Integlia and Company to provide the design, permitting, and construction assistance for the relocation of their corporate headquarters. The 48,000 sf, 3-story building is twice the size of their former location. DiPrete Engineering worked with the City of Warwick and RI Department of Environmental Management to obtain expedited permitting that satisfied the project’s aggressive construction schedule.
