The abandoned Federated Lithographers Brownfield site on Prairie Avenue was transformed into a new, lively LEED Certified complex. DiPrete Engineering teamed with Vision 3 Architects to repurpose two of the buildings into professional offices and design a new retail building. The site/civil design included a 195-space parking yard that offers preferred spaces for low-emitting and fuel-efficient vehicles. Stormwater management included three underground infiltration basins that will contribute to the achievement of LEED certification.
