Joe has been a key member of the DiPrete team since 2011. He joined the firm full-time after graduating from the University of Rhode Island, where he had previously interned with DiPrete’s land surveying team. That early field experience laid the groundwork for his strong understanding of site development. As a Project Manager, Joe leads a wide variety of projects across the residential, commercial, and energy sectors. He is known for his proactive approach, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering excellent client service. Joe thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys the challenges that come with managing complex, multi-phase developments. He also gives back to his alma mater by mentoring students in URI’s Senior Capstone Class. Outside of work, Joe and his wife stay busy keeping up with the activities of their four children – especially the countless sporting events. When they’re not on the sidelines, the family enjoys spending time together at the beach or by the pool.
