Merri is a dynamic and growth-driven Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience in talent management, onboarding, employee relations, and process improvement. Since joining DiPrete Engineering in 2022, Merri has played a key role in enhancing HR strategies that align with and support the firm’s overall goals.
Outside of her day-to-day responsibilities at DiPrete, Merri is the Lead Organizer for DisruptHR Rhode Island, where she helps drive conversations that challenge and reshape the future of HR. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband Anthony, and their two rescue pups.
