Pam joined DiPrete Engineering in 2017, bringing with her several years of experience in civil design and construction oversight in New England and the Dominican Republic. She earned her Civil Engineering degree from the Santo Domingo Institute of Technology in the Dominican Republic. At DiPrete, Pam manages a variety of projects, with a particular focus on large-scale residential developments. She oversees projects from initial concept through engineering design, regulatory permitting, construction oversight, and final completion. Additionally, she plays a key role in supporting the construction team and establishing standards for construction and project management. Pam’s strategic mindset ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. She excels at managing budgets and adhering to strict timelines while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Outside of work, Pam is a proud mother of two energetic boys. Her passion for engineering is matched by her dedication to fostering a positive and enriching environment for her family.
