New Residential Building for I-195 Redevelopment Area in Providence

Rendering by ZDS Architecture Churchill and Banks teamed up with ZDS Architecture, DiPrete Engineering, and The Torrey Company to design and build a 60,000 square foot, five story multi-family building at 580 South Water Street in Providence. Seekonk’s New and Improved Animal Shelter

Construction of a new $1.6M animal shelter for the Town of Seekonk is complete. The new 2,500 square foot shelter is located at 100 Peck Street adjacent to the Town Hall. The shelter received an additional $300,000 from Save-a-Pet to help fund the project. East Greenwich Planning Board Approves Plans for New 25-lot Subdivision

The East Greenwich Planning Board recently voted to approve a new subdivision at the end of Princess Pine Drive off Taggart Court. The 79-acre parcel which borders both West Greenwich and Exeter will be known as Highland Woods.
