DiPrete Engineering has been recognized at the Platinum level for the 2023 Client Experience Award, announced by the Zweig Group and Client Savvy. The Client Experience Award is earned by demonstrating excellence through real, objective client feedback. Winners of this award have proven their excellence by consistently excelling at meeting and exceeding client expectations.
DiPrete Engineering engaged with Client Savvy in 2021 to help better understand our client’s expectations. Through collaboration with our consultant, we developed and implemented a Client Listening Program that allows our clients to tell us how we are performing based on their individual needs. Through this program, we receive monthly feedback from our active clients that allow us to engage in conversations that improve their experience with our firm.
Client Experience is a core strategy at DiPrete Engineering and continuous improvement is at the heart of our organization. We take pride in seeing our growth from silver in 2022 to platinum in 2023.
